Delete your OurRoster account

You can permanently delete your OurRoster account and personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open the OurRoster app and sign in.
Go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and personal data are removed immediately, and you're signed out.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email support@our-roster.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your profile (name, email, phone), your team memberships and guardianships, the teams you follow, your messages, notifications, and registered devices. Any player you are the only guardian of is deleted too (their profile, photo, and roster spots); players who have another guardian or their own login are kept.

Kept: a team's financial records (dues, payments, donations, and its accounting ledger) are retained because a team is legally responsible for its own books. These are stripped of your personal details — the historical amounts remain, but they are no longer linked to you.

If you own a team

If you're the only owner of a team, transfer ownership to another admin or delete the team first — otherwise the team (which holds its own funds and records) would be left without an owner. The app will tell you which teams need attention before it lets you delete your account.
